I authorize the merchant, event organizer, and/or payment processor to charge my selected payment method for the full amount shown at checkout, including any selected upgrades, add-ons, fees, taxes, payment-plan payments, or approved balance payments.
I understand this purchase may reserve limited inventory, lodging, tickets, transportation, package components, and administrative processing that may become nonrefundable after purchase.
All cancellation, refund, transfer, and change requests must be submitted directly to the event organizer in writing. I agree to contact the organizer first and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any billing, fulfillment, cancellation, or service concern before initiating a payment dispute.
I understand that filing a payment dispute does not cancel my registration, change the cancellation policy, or create a refund right outside the stated policy. If I dispute an authorized charge, the organizer may provide my registration record, checkout acceptance, receipt, confirmation emails, cancellation policy, and related communications as evidence.
Package details, schedules, venues, suppliers, transportation timing, lodging assignments, and itinerary elements may be adjusted when reasonably necessary. Reasonable substitutions or schedule changes do not automatically entitle me to a refund unless the cancellation policy says otherwise.
